MARY’S OVEN ROASTED HOLIDAY TURKEY 6–7 LBS

Our Executive Chef recommends using the following re-heating instructions for best results:

TO SERVE HOT: Oven: Preheat to 325°F. Remove packaging. Place turkey in roasting pan with 1 cup of water. Cover turkey loosely with foil. Roast for 1 hour. Remove foil and roast an additional 15 minutes. Heat to an internal temperature of 140 degrees. .

SIDES

MASHED POTATOES 2 LBS

Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Put mashed potatoes in a buttered oven-safe dish, cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until potatoes reach 140°F in the center.

For a creamier texture, leave 4 tablespoons of butter or cream at room temperature for 30 minutes. When potatoes are done, stir in the butter or cream.

TRADITIONAL BREAD STUFFING 2 LBS

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Put stuffing in a buttered oven-safe dish, cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until stuffing reaches 140°F in the center.

For a moister texture, please mix in ¼ cup of chicken stock before baking.

RICH PAN GRAVY 1 PINT

Stove top: Place gravy in a saucepan on low heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.

MAPLE ORANGE GLAZED YAMS WITH CRANBERRIES 1.5 LBS

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Put yams in a buttered oven-safe dish and cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until yams reach 140°F in the center.

HARICOT VERT GREEN BEANS 1 LB

Stove top: Place green beans in a large skillet on medium heat,sauté until heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

ITEMS THAT CAN BE WARMED IF DESIRED:

• Rustic Dinner Rolls: Optional for warm rolls: When your turkey is done and your oven is off, use the residual heat to warm the rolls. Place rolls on a sheet pan and put in the oven for 10 minutes.
