Reheating Instructions

POTATO LATKES WITH SOUR CREAM AND APPLE SAUCE (MEAL FOR 8 & 20 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Set aside the sour cream and apple sauce. Place Potato Latkes on a cookie sheet pan and bake for approximately 12 –15 minutes.

BRAISED BEEF BRISKET (MEAL FOR 8 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove pan of brisket from refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 20 minutes. Allow to heat for 20 minutes.

BRAISED BEEF BRISKET (MEAL FOR 20 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove pan of brisket from refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 20 minutes. Allow to heat for 40 minutes.

FLAME ROASTED ROTISSERIE CHICKEN (MEAL FOR 8 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove chicken from the refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 30 minutes. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and add a ½ inch of water

to the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and place in oven for about 30 minutes until chicken reaches 140°F.

FLAME ROASTED ROTISSERIE CHICKEN (MEAL FOR 20 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove chicken from the refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 30 minutes. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and add a ½ inch of water

to the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and place in oven for about 45 minutes until chicken reaches 140°F.

GRILLED SALMON FILLETS (MEAL FOR 8 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove lid and aioli. Cover loosely with foil and place in the oven for approximately 15 minutes until the salmon reaches 140°F.

GRILLED SALMON FILLETS (MEAL FOR 20 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove lid and aioli. Cover loosely with foil and place in the oven for approximately 25 minutes until the salmon reaches 140°F.

HERB ROASTED FINGERLING POTATOES

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place potatoes on a cookie sheet pan and reheat for about 15 minutes.

MASHED POTATOES

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place mashed potatoes in a buttered oven-safe dish and cover with foil. Bake for about 30 minutes. For a creamier texture, leave some butter

or cream at room temperature for 30 minutes. When the potatoes are done, stir in the butter or cream.

ROASTED RAINBOW CARROTS WITH FRESH THYME

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place roasted carrots on a cookie sheet pan for about 15 minutes.

HARICOT VERTS GREEN BEANS

Stove Top: Place green beans in a large skillet on medium heat. Sauté with the garlic butter until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.

STEAMED BROCCOLI WITH PARMESAN AND LEMON

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place Broccoli on a cookie sheet pan for about 10 minutes.
