New Year's Meals Reheating Instructions
*APPLIES TO MEALS FOR 4 & 8 PEOPLE
STARTER (SELECTED)
ZESTY BUFFALO WINGS
Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove Buffalo Wings from container and place on a cookie sheet pan and heat for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
STUFFED MUSHROOMS
Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove mushrooms from container and place on a cookie sheet pan. Heat stuffed mushrooms for 15 minutes or until they reach 140°F.
ENTREES (SELECTED)
FAMOUS PORK BABY BACK RIBS WITH MOLLIE’S PRIVATE RESERVE BBQ SAUCE (MEAL FOR 4 & 8 PEOPLE)
Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove ribs from the refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 30 minutes. Place the ribs in a roasting pan and add a ½ inch of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and place in oven for about 30 minutes until the ribs reach 140°F. Serve the BBQ sauce on the side or brush it over the ribs after they come out of the oven.
FLAME ROASTED LEMON HERB CHICKEN (MEAL FOR 4 & 8 PEOPLE)
Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove chicken from the refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 30 minutes. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and add a ½ inch of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and place in oven for about 30 minutes until chicken reaches 140°F. Spoon the lemon and herb sauce over the chicken when it comes out of the oven.
MOLLIE’S FAMOUS TRI-TIP WITH CHIMICHURRI SAUCE (MEAL FOR 4 & 8 PEOPLE)
Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove tri-tip(s) from the refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 30 minutes. Wrap each tri-tip in foil, adding 2 tbsp. of water to each tri-tip.
Be sure the foil is wrapped tight. Place the tri-tip(s) in a roasting pan or on a cookie sheet pan and heat for approximately 30–45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F. Slice and enjoy with the Chimichurri Sauce.
SIDES (SELECTED)
MAC AND CHEESE (MEAL FOR 4 & 8 PEOPLE)
Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place mac and cheese into an oven-safe dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 20–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F. Stir before serving.
TWICE BAKED POTATOES
Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place the twice baked potatoes on a lightly greased cookie sheet pan. Heat for approximately 20–25 minutes.
VEGETABLES (SELECTED)
GRILLED VEGETABLES
Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place grilled vegetables on a cookie sheet pan for about 5 minutes.
HARICOT VERT GREEN BEANS WITH GARLIC BUTTER
Stove: Place green beans in a large skillet on medium heat. Sauté with the garlic butter until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
OVEN ROASTED CAULIFLOWER AND CAPERS
Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place cauliflower and capers on a cookie sheet pan and reheat for about 5 minutes.
