Reheating Instructions

HATCH CHILE ARTICHOKE STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST (MEAL FOR 4, 8, 16 & 20 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove chicken from the refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 15 minutes. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and add a ½ inch of water to

the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and place in oven for about 20- 25 minutes until chicken reaches 140°F.

MOLLIES FAMOUS TRI TIP WITH HATCH CHILE RED PEPPER AIOLI (MEAL FOR 4, 8, 16 & 20 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove tri-tip(s) from the refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 30 minutes. Wrap each tri-tip in foil, adding 2 tbsp. of water to each tri-tip.

Be sure the foil is wrapped tight. Place the tri-tip(s) in a roasting pan or on a cookie sheet pan and heat for approximately 30–45 minutes or until the internal

temperature reaches 140°F.

GRILLED SALMON FILLETS WITH ROAST HATCH CHILE AND MANGO SALSA (MEAL FOR 4 & 8 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove the salmon and aioli from packaging. Place the salmon on a cookie sheet pan, adding a splash of water to the pan to add back

moisture. Cover loosely with foil and place in the oven for approximately 15 minutes until the salmon reaches 140°F.

HERB ROASTED FINGERLING POTATOES

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place potatoes on a cookie sheet pan and reheat for about 15 minutes.

temperature reaches 140°F. Stir before serving.

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place mac and cheese into an oven-safe dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven for approximately 45 minutes or until

the internal temperature reaches 140°F. Stir before serving.

CHILE LIME CORN ON THE COBB

Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Place corn on a cookie sheet pan for about 20 minutes.

HARICOT VERTS GREEN BEANS

Stove Top: Place green beans in a large skillet on medium heat. Sauté with the garlic butter until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
