Father's Day Meal Reheating Instructions

STARTER (SELECTED)

ZESTY BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove Buffalo Wings from container and place on a cookie sheet pan and heat for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.

ENTREES (SELECTED)

MOLLIE’S SLOW COOKED PORK BABY BACK RIBS (MEAL FOR 4 & 8 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove ribs from the refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 30 minutes. Place the ribs in a roasting pan and add a ½ inch of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and place in oven for about 30 minutes until the ribs reach 140°F. Serve the BBQ sauce on the side or brush it over the ribs after they come out of the oven.

MOLLIE’S FAMOUS GRILLED TRI-TIP WITH CHIMICHURRI SAUCE (MEAL FOR 4 & 8 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove tri-tip(s) from the refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 30 minutes. Wrap each tri-tip in foil, adding 2 tbsp. of water to each tri-tip. Be sure the foil is wrapped tight. Place the tri-tip(s) in a roasting pan or on a cookie sheet pan and heat for approximately 30–45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F. Slice and enjoy with the Chimichurri Sauce.

SALMON WELLINGTON WITH CAPERS & SEA SALT (MEAL FOR 4 & 8 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 375°F. Heat Salmon Wellington for approximately 12-15 minutes until warmed through and internal temperature reaches 140°F.

MACARONI & CHEESE WITH CHARRED SCALLIONS & PANKO (MEAL FOR 4 & 8 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place mac and cheese into an oven-safe dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 20–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.

PAN ROASTED BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place cauliflower on a cookie sheet pan and reheat for about 5 minutes.

VEGETABLES (SELECTED)

ROASTED RAINBOW CARROTS WITH THYME

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place roasted carrots on a cookie sheet pan for about 5 minutes.

ROASTED CHILE LIME CORN WITH COTIJA

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place corn on a cookie sheet pan for about 20 minutes.

BROCCOLI RABE WITH PARMESAN & LEMON

In a sauté pan heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and allow oil to get hot. Add broccoli rabe and sauté for 2 minutes.
