Reheating Instructions

APPLIES TO MEALS FOR 4, 8 & 16 PEOPLE

** STARTERS (SELECTED)**

CRAB CAKES WITH LEMON AILOI

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove aioli and set aside. Place crab cakes on a cookie sheet pan and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until crab cakes reach 140°F.

ENTREES (SELECTED)

GLAZED HAM WITH STONE GROUND MUSTARD (MEAL FOR 4 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove ham from the refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 30 minutes. Remove the plastic lid and remove the mustard and set aside. Using the container the ham comes in, add a ½ inch of water to the bottom of the container. Cover with foil and place in the oven for about 30 minutes, until ham reaches 140°F.

SPIRAL SLICED HAM (MEALS FOR 8 & 16 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove ham from the refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 30 minutes. Place the ham in a roasting pan and add a ½ inch of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and place in the oven for 12 minutes per pound, until ham reaches 140°F.

GRILLED SALMON WITH LEMON AIOLI (MEAL FOR 4 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove the plastic lid and aioli. Cover loosely with foil and place in the oven for approximately 15 minutes until the salmon reaches 140°F.

GRILLED SALMON PLATTER WITH LEMON AIOLI (MEALS FOR 8 & 16 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Set the Aioli aside. Place the foil pan that is covered with foil in the oven for about 25 minutes, until salmon reaches 140°F.

BALSAMIC AND APRICOT PORK LOIN (MEAL FOR 4 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove pork from the refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 30 minutes. Remove the plastic lid and remove the balsamic glaze and set aside. Using the container the ham comes in, add a ½ inch of water to the bottom of the container. Cover with foil and place in the oven for about 30 minutes, until pork reaches 140°F.

BALSAMIC AND APRICOT PORK LOIN (MEALS 8 & 16 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove pork from the refrigerator and allow it to sit out for 30 minutes. Wrap each piece of pork in foil, adding 2 tbsp. of water to each pork. Be sure the foil is wrapped tight. Place the pieces of pork in a roasting pan or on a cookie sheet pan and heat for approximately 30–45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F. Slice and enjoy with the balsamic glaze.

SIDES (SELECTED)

SCALLOPED POTATOES (MEALS FOR 4 & 8 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove the plastic lid and cover loosely with foil. Place in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes to brown the top of the potatoes.

SCALLOPED POTATOES (MEAL FOR 16 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place foil pan of scalloped potatoes in the oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes to brown the top of the potatoes.

ROASTED POTATOES

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place potatoes on a cookie sheet pan and reheat for about 15 minutes.

LEMON RICE (MEALS FOR 4 AND 8 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. In the Microwave. Remove the plastic lid. Drizzle a couple of tablespoons of water over the rice. Cover it with a damp paper towel and microwave it for about 1 or 2 minutes, until it's hot. Fluff with a fork before serving.

LEMON RICE (MEAL FOR 16 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Remove foil and add a ½ inch of water to the bottom of the foil pan. Cover back up with foil and heat for 30 to 40 minutes, until rice is hot. Fluff with a fork before serving.

MINTED CARROTS

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Place carrots on a cookie sheet pan and reheat for about 15 minutes

HARICOT VERTS GREEN BEANS

Stove Top: Place green beans in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
