Corned Beef & Cabbage Meal

CORNED BEEF, CABBAGE, POTATOES & CARROTS PAN (MEAL FOR 4 PEOPLE)

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Add 1qt of cooking liquid per pan of corned beef, cabbage, potatoes and carrots. Cover back up with foil and place in the oven for approximately 1 hour, until the corned beef reaches 140°F.

Oven: Pre-heat to 350°F. Add 1qt of cooking liquid per pan of corned beef, cabbage, potatoes and carrots. Cover back up with foil and place in the oven for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, until the corned beef reaches 140°F.
