Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Place corn on a cookie sheet pan and heat for 20 minutes.

Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Place enchiladas in an oven safe dish. Cover with aluminum foil for approximately 30 minutes until the internal temperature in 140°F.

Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Place enchiladas in an oven safe dish. Cover with aluminum foil for approximately 30 minutes until the internal temperature in 140°F.

ASSORTED QUESADILLA PLATTER WITH SOUR CREAM & SALSA
