Holiday Meal FAQs

Q:  What kind of turkey do you offer with the traditional holiday meal?

A: It’s a Mary's Oven Roasted Holiday Turkey.

Q: How big is the turkey?

A: 12-14 lbs and serves 10–12 people.  We also have 4-5 lb turkey breast for dinner for 4.

Q: How long does it take to heat the dinner up?

A: It takes 2.5 hours total to reheat the entire meal.  2 hours for the turkey, and 30 minutes for the sides.
 

Q:  Can dinners be picked up hot?

A:  Sorry, no hot pick ups Thanksgiving day and Christmas Eve. On other days, we can accommodate with a $25 charge per dinner.

Q:  Can we substitute items?

A: Sorry, no. We do offer all sides separately though.

Q:  Do you offer smaller portions of your Holiday Meals and Sides?

A: Smaller portions of our Holiday Meals and Sides are available in store.  We do not offer smaller portions online.

Q:  When is the earliest we can pick up?

A: Pre-orders are available starting Friday, 11/13.

Q:  What times are you open Thanksgiving Day?

A: Our Sausalito, San Bruno, Burlingame, San Mateo and SF Castro locations are open 7am – 4pm. Our SF Pacific Heights, Greenbrae and SF Twin Peaks locations are open 7am – 5pm. You’ll need to pickup your order before 3:00pm.

Q: Can you cook a raw turkey for us?

A: Sorry, no. However, any time other than Thanksgiving is fine.

Q: What is the minimum order value?

A: The minimum order value is $75.

Q: Where do I go to pickup my order?

A: Orders must be picked up through our Deli Department, see store locations for more information on the closest store near your event or gathering.

Q: Can I request Gluten-Free products?

A: Please leave us a comment at the checkout cart, for any requests or alterations.  We will do our best to source the products and in some cases may need to suggest an alternative option. 

Q: Is it possible to request an item that is NOT on the menu?

A: Yes, we have the ability to meet all your gathering necessities, requests and must haves. For special requests please reach out to us by e-mail at catering@molliestones.com or via phone at 415-942-7972.

Q: What if I have a food allergy?

A: Mollie Stone's Markets strives to accommodate all customers with certain food allergies, special diets or even specific ingredients. Please be aware food prepared inside our stores may contain dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and other allergens.

Q: Do you offer Delivery Service?

A: At this time we are not offering delivery. In the event you are physically unable or restricted to make it to the store for pickup please contact us and we work on alternative solution to make sure your order is fulfilled and your party goes uninterrupted.
